Description

NKURIKIYIMANA Osée is a public policy enthusiast passionate about advancing socio-economic policy and equitable development. A graduate of the African Leadership University’s founding class in International Business and Trade, he was recognized with multiple awards, including the Global Ambassador Award, for his leadership. He currently serves as Youth Communications Officer and Civic Education Lead at Gasore Serge Foundation and Bugesera District, focusing on civic education, social cohesion, and community resilience. Osée also volunteers as Partnership and Relations Manager for the ALU Alumni Committee and engages in youth-led initiatives such as the National Youth Council. In 2025, he earned a full scholarship to pursue a Master’s at the Africa School of Governance. He believes in mentorship as a tool to inspire others and enjoys cycling, aerobics, reading, and spending time with children.
