Must be a national of one of the 26 EU countries (e.g. Germany, Italy, Sweden, etc.)
Must not be a French national (including dual citizens)
Must be 18 years or older at the start of the program
No upper age limit (unless you already hold a Master’s degree)
Must be admitted to a French institution for M1 or M2 in 2025–2026
Must not already hold a French higher education degree
Must not be enrolled in France at the time of application
Cannot be a recipient of other French government scholarships (e.g. Erasmus+, AUF)
